Please fill out the application to register your child for school:

To complete your child’s application you must mail, fax, or email:
  • Proof of residence or an approved exception
  • A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate or other reliable proof of the student’s identity and age
  • A certified and complete immunization record or official immunization exemption.

If your child lives outside of Alpine School District or you wish to apply out of area to another school within the district, please complete the Request for Out of Area Transfer form. Please contact Student Services with your questions.
